⚠️ PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS:

High resolution headshot photo (300dpi, minimum 5"x5" in JPG or PSD file format)
Headshot photo must have a dark (ie. black or dark colour) background to be compatible with this item!
Brokerage logo (vector file is preferred (.AI, .EPS), or high resolution .PNG or .JPG (transparent or dark background). If your brokerage offers a logo orientation option, please provide a horizontal logo for this template.
3-4 high resolution (300dpi JPG) property photos. Email photos to: info@agentbrix.ca and quote your order#.

DESIGN & PROOFING
Proofing	Price includes 2 minor edits (2 low resolution PDF proofs emailed to you). Edits/proofs exceeding 2 are at an additional fee and will be discussed at that time.
Artwork	Once artwork is approved and submitted to print, we cannot edit or cancel the job. It is the agents responsibility to review proof(s) in detail for any errors in: content, spelling/grammar, artwork and layout placement.
TURNAROUND TIME
Printing	Approx 5-7 business days from time order is submitted to print, to the time you will receive it on your doorstep. Please keep in mind that courier delays are not the responsibility of AgentBrix and cannot be guaranteed. Additional delays may also occur due to COVID-19.
Free Shipping	*Ships for FREE to your business or residential address within the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area (no P.O. Boxes). Note: Quantities over 2,500 pcs may be subject to a small shipping fee. We will advise.

ART/PRINT: Once artwork is approved by you, then submitted to print, we cannot edit or cancel the job. It is the customers responsibility to review the PDF proof (that we will email to you) in detail for any errors. You must review that all content, spelling, grammar, artwork/photos and layout placement is accurate when approving.

RECO MARKETING COMPLIANCY: The artwork as shown on AgentBrix.ca represents a RECO compliant product, however, as there may be slight variations to the product on a per customer bases or changes made that alter its compliancy, it is therefore, the customer's responsibility to make certain the artwork follows both RECO's current advertising guidelines, as well as the customers real estate brand guidelines, (ie. ReMax Corporate), and their brokerage advertising / marketing guidelines. AgentBrix.ca is not responsible for any monetary RECO fines or RECO complaints as a result of the AgentBrix products purchased or altered. AgentBrix.ca relinquishes all legal responsibility of such products commissioned and purchased.

SHIPPING: *Shipping is free on initial order (see Specifications tab for more info). If a re-order is necessary due to artwork errors that were not caught by the customer during the proofing process, shipping will be at the customers expense.

RETURNS/REFUNDS: Store credit will be issued on defective merchandise for printed products, (ie. cards that are not cut straight). Artwork errors (see "ART/PRINT" above) and shipping damages are non-refundable. You must contact the shipping carrier directly for damages caused my shipping, delivery or missing parcels.
