BOOK A BRANDING SESSION:

Note: $50.00 is the cost of the virtual logo branding session and not the cost of the logo design. If the meeting results in a logo design service*, the $50 will be waived.

WHO'S THIS IDEAL FOR?
The branding session is ideal for agents who wish to review their current branding strategies and future marketing direction, or, to discuss ideas on branding, (where branding currently doesn’t exist).  The branding session is up to 1 hour, (additional time available at our hourly rate). *If the meeting results in a logo design service within 2 weeks from the meeting date, the $50 branding session fee is waived off of the total branding or logo design quoted service. Otherwise, session fees are non-refundable, non-transferable.

PREPARING FOR YOUR MEETING:

  • To prepare and make the most out of your branding session, we highly recommend providing us with all previous marketing/branding materials via email prior to your appointment.  This will allow the designer to thoroughly go through and prepare for the direction of your meeting.
  • As well, for those looking for a new or revamped logo design, a logo questionnaire will be emailed to you to complete before your meeting.  This will provide you with the logo design choices available and narrow down your design preferences so that the designer has all of the tools needed to efficiently work on your exciting new project!
  • To help document changes and design time, email is the tool of choice for corresponding with your designer. Additional meetings are available by appointment and may be at an additional fee.

  1. You're a licensed real estate agent
  2. You have completed our Logo Questionnaire Here >>
  3. Your have emailed us with all relevant materials of your existing branding or ideas and wish lists on the direction of your new branding.
  4. Lastly, choose a booking consultation day/time below and complete the checkout process and payment for the branding session. We will confirm available times.

WHAT TO DO NEXT:
A member of our team will contact you via email to schedule your branding session, based on the best date you provided and our office schedule.  All branding sessions are hosted on the Zoom or 8x8 platform. Occasionally we may opt for using email to gather the information from you instead.

SAMPLE LOGO DESIGN PRICING:

A). Text Only Logo:
$100 and up (includes up to 2 mockup designs and 4 minor edits/proofs)

B). Logo with Initials or Monogram Letters or Script:
$100-$175 (includes up to 2 mockup designs and up to 4 minor edits/proofs)

C). Logo with Basic Symbol:
$125-$200 (includes up to 2 mockup designs and up to 4 minor edits/proofs)

D). Logo & Custom Illustration:
$175-$300 (includes up to 2 mockup designs and up to 4 minor edits/proofs)

ART/PRINT: Once artwork is approved by you, then submitted to print, we cannot edit or cancel the job. It is the customers responsibility to review the PDF proof (that we will email to you) in detail for any errors. You must review that all content, spelling, grammar, artwork/photos and layout placement is accurate when approving.

RECO MARKETING COMPLIANCY:
The artwork as shown on AgentBrix.ca represents a RECO compliant product, however, as there may be slight variations to the product on a per customer bases or changes made that alter its compliancy, it is therefore, the customer's responsibility to make certain the artwork follows both RECO's current advertising guidelines, as well as the customers real estate brand guidelines, (ie. ReMax Corporate), and their brokerage advertising / marketing guidelines.  AgentBrix.ca is not responsible for any monetary RECO fines or RECO complaints as a result of the AgentBrix products purchased or altered.  AgentBrix.ca relinquishes all legal responsibility of such products commissioned and purchased.

SHIPPING: *Shipping is free on initial order (see Specifications tab for more info). If a re-order is necessary due to artwork errors that were not caught by the customer during the proofing process, shipping will be at the customers expense.

RETURNS/REFUNDS: Store credit will be issued on defective merchandise for printed products, (ie. cards that are not cut straight). Artwork errors (see "ART/PRINT" above) and shipping damages are non-refundable. You must contact the shipping carrier directly for damages caused my shipping, delivery or missing parcels.
